Beta terms · Updated 27 October 2026

Using Karyvia, with clear expectations.

These beta terms describe the current service provided by the Karyvia project. Questions can be sent to support@karyvia.com.

What the service does

Karyvia helps you discover jobs, compare supported job requirements with your recorded experience, review resume changes and organize applications. It is a career tool, not an employer, recruitment agency or a promise of an interview, job or particular outcome.

Review the current beta access and limits before using the workspace. There is no subscription checkout in this beta, and joining does not authorize a payment.

Your account and use

Use an account and source material you are entitled to use. Keep your provider account secure. Do not impersonate someone, upload material you have no right to share, bypass access controls, interfere with the service or use it to send abusive or unlawful content.

Public browsing does not require an account. Personal sources, evidence reviews and application records require sign-in. Do not send passwords, private repository credentials or other people's personal information through job capture or support requests.

Your work and resume

Your uploaded documents and content remain yours. The service processes them to provide the features you request as described in the privacy notice. You are responsible for checking the accuracy and suitability of any resume copy before using it.

Source observations, technology matches and suggested wording have limits. A job requirement is not evidence that you have that experience, and a source-code observation is not proof of a complete working feature or professional proficiency. Karyvia does not submit applications on your behalf.

Employer listings and other websites

Employers and source websites control their own listings, requirements and availability. Confirm the details on the official employer page before applying. Public observation dates describe when a listing was seen, not necessarily when the employer first posted it.

Links to Google, GitHub, employers and other services do not imply their endorsement. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them.

Chrome capture

Invoke capture only on content you are entitled to send to your workspace. Review the draft before transmitting it. The extension does not guarantee verification or direct tracking for every website; publisher checks depend on supported sources. Disconnecting or removing the extension does not delete server-side account records.

Availability and changes

This is an evolving beta. Features, source coverage and usage limits can change, and service interruptions can occur. Keep your own copy of important documents and application details rather than relying on Karyvia as your only archive.

The project may restrict use that threatens other users or the operation of the service. For access problems or questions about a change, contact support@karyvia.com. Material changes to these published terms will carry an updated date.

Stopping use and data requests

You may stop using Karyvia at any time. For account or data deletion, write to support from the email associated with your account so the request can be verified. Available feature controls and the privacy notice explain what can be removed directly and what a deletion request covers.

These practical beta rules do not claim to waive any rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
