The Karyvia project
A job search grounded in your own work.
Karyvia is an independent project for people who want a clearer connection between the roles they find and the experience they can actually show.
From a listing to a considered next step
A job description is a wish list from an employer. It should not become a list of claims on your resume. Karyvia brings official listings, your resume and reviewed project observations into one workspace so you can decide what is supported, what needs review and what you want to learn.
You stay in control
Browse public jobs without an account. Sign in when you want to bring your own sources, compare a role, save an application or review resume changes. Connecting sources is optional. Repository observations and suggested wording remain separate from your approved experience.
Karyvia does not submit applications automatically. Employers control their listings and application processes; the employer website is the place to confirm current availability.
A small, evolving beta
The current beta is free to use. Supported source coverage, analysis and export formats have limits, and features may change as the project develops. There are no published testimonials or user-count claims here without evidence behind them.
AI interpretation and paid web search are disabled in this beta. Existing comparisons use bounded technology and source-evidence checks; they are not a prediction that you will be hired or a complete assessment of your abilities.
Built around trust
Your resume, evidence decisions and application notes belong in your private workspace. The Chrome extension captures job content when you invoke it and lets you review that content before sending it to Karyvia.
